Jardin Rouge Festival 2026 – Wilderness Cabaret
Het Jardin Rouge Festival, een initiatief van het Snowapple Collective, is een nomadisch evenement dat artistiek onderzoek, hedendaags cabaret en collectieve rituelen combineert. De editie van 2026, geworteld in de steden die de geschiedenis van het collectief hebben gevormd, bestaat uit drie hoofdstukken:
– Mexico-Stad – 11 en 12 april in Casa Snowapple MX
– Parijs – 7, 8 en 9 mei in Le Truc
– Amsterdam – 18, 19 en 20 juni in De Roode Bioscoop
In elke stad transformeert het festival een locatie tot een bruisende plek voor experimenten en ontmoetingen, waar lokale en internationale artiesten in nauw contact komen met de lokale scene. Onder het thema Wilderness (Wildernis) voor 2025-2026 verkent het festival de ongetemde natuur en de woeste verbeelding. Elke editie culmineert in een gedurfd hybride cabaret, ter plaatse gecreëerd, waar muziek, performance en ritueel met elkaar verweven zijn.

“She Ella” from our Utopia album selected at Odense International Film Festival (OFF26)
We are selected! We have some incredibly exciting news to share with you all. Our music video for “She Ella”, from our album Utopia, has been officially selected for the Music Video Competition Program at the prestigious Odense International Film Festival (OFF26) in Denmark. We are absolutely mind-blown. OFF is Denmark’s oldest film festival, running since 1975 and its only short film festival that qualifies for the Academy Awards, BAFTA, the EFA Award and the Danish Robert Award. This year, the festival received an astounding 4,092 submissions from all over the world. Only 30 music videos were selected for this brand-new competition program, and our DIY project made the cut. When and where The festival takes place in the heart of Denmark, in the city of Odense, from August 24th to August 30th. If you happen to be in Denmark at the end of August, you can watch “She Ella” on the big screen at the festival venues. For those located in Denmark, the selected films will also be available for two weeks on their streaming service, OFFstream.dk, which will be password-protected and geo-blocked. Snowapple – The Fairy Queens / 15 and 16 July / LA SCIERIE, Avignon OFF Festival
Date: Wednesday, July 15 at 6:15 PM & Thursday, July 16 at 9:50 PM Location: La Scierie, Avignon, France Tickets & info here Snowapple Collective is delighted to participate in the next edition of the Avignon Off Festival with its new creation The Fairy Queens, performed at La Scierie. Between cabaret, opera and electro-pop, The Fairy Queens is a bold Shakespeare-inspired creation exploring norms, desire and gender. Drawing from A Midsummer Night’s Dream and the project I Remember, four performers joined by guest musicians, reimagine Shakespeare’s world, where identities shift and masks fall away. True to Snowapple Collective’s signature style, the piece blends Baroque textures, vocal harmonies and electronic soundscapes in collaboration with electro-pop countertenor Ilel Elil. The result is a playful and immersive performance, somewhere between theatre and concert. We look forward to seeing you!
