I Remember– Œuvre en cours de création
I Remember is a contemporary variation on Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, where myth, music and performance collide in a fiercely theatrical landscape. Three actresses step into the roles of Titania, Oberon and Puck, only to find themselves caught between the characters they embody and the selves they try to protect. What begins as play slowly slips into confrontation between genders, hierarchies, desires and power structures.
Passant librement de l'opéra au cabaret, à la comédie et à la performance musicale brute, le spectacle embrasse le chaos comme une force créatrice. Les paysages sonores baroques live se décomposent progressivement en rythmes électroniques et rock déformés ; les costumes tombent ; les identités se fissurent. La musique fonctionne comme un personnage à part entière, exposant les alliances, les fractures et les tensions tacites.
Refusant tout récit figé ou conclusion morale, I Remember se présente comme une création vivante et collective. Les interprètes ne sont pas les interprètes d'un scénario, mais ses coauteurs, remodelant constamment la pièce à travers l'improvisation, la résistance et leur présence. L'humour et la cruauté coexistent, provoquant un rire qui dérange plutôt que rassure.
At its core, I Remember asks what remains of myth today and who gets to tell the story. By breaking theatrical conventions and turning performance into an act of exposure, the piece transforms the stage into a space of vulnerability, resistance and political desire. This is not a search for harmony, but for truth: where fragility becomes strength, and chaos a form of liberation.
The full stage version of I Remember will go on an international tour in 2027, accompanied by the release of an album.
The Fairy Queens
The Fairy Queens is the musical adaptation of the play I Remember who has already toured in Paris and the Avignon Festival during the summer of 2026
